With 34 years of dedicated service in education, Connie is a seasoned instructional coach committed to empowering educators and improving student outcomes.  A proud graduate of Tuskegee University and the University of Montevallo, Connie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to the field of instructional support.  Currently serving with the Breakthrough Birmingham Thrive Program, Connie specializes in working with non-certified and emergency-certified, providing targeted coaching in instructional strategies and classroom management.  She aims to build teacher capacity, boost capacity, and foster student-centered learning environments.  Connie loves spending time with her family.
