Caroline (Kendrick) Elrod serves as the Communications Coordinator at Breakthrough Birmingham, where she leads our social media strategy, campaign development, and brand storytelling across various platforms. A proud Auburn University alumna, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Caroline believes in the power of social media as a low-cost, high-impact tool and enjoys infusing her creative flair into Breakthrough Birmingham’s social media presence. Since stepping into this role nearly four years ago as Breakthrough’s first communications staff member, she has helped grow Breakthrough’s digital presence to help raise awareness about Breakthrough in the local community. Caroline loves to learn, so you might find her attending a professional development event around town, taking language classes, or starting a new HubSpot course.
